I had two options for buying a corner tool and I'm glad I chose the Rutlands one. Unlike the other option, this is made of metal and will last. Much better quality than the other option I had and I'm very happy with my purchase. My order arrived quickly and well packaged as well, sent through Parcelforce which is ideal and avoids hassle for me.
So i was skeptical at first... but i went straight to the lowest setting on how much comes off an wow...super fast.
Taken the top layer off on a whole stairs in around 30/45 minutes ready to be sanded.
Paint drips & stains everywhere.
Customer is having a stair runner in the middle an usually we would do the sides to a point but this whipped through the stairs at a extremely fast pace.
It was slightly messy with the extraction but that was always going to happen with something that stripes this much from a wooden surface.
Will be using it on old window sills next an will get a video for Instagram an tag rutlands. Really happy with this purchase as the metabo version is over double the price and this is the same if not better.
do you need this? i sound like my mother. i have a drill and a few sanding bobbins so can bodge it
however with a batch of curved items i hand i weakened and bought it
great! it enables precision work on concave surfaces and leaves a great finish

My cheap(ish) plastic drum imploded so it was time for a new one. It had always been ok but not 100% satisfactory. This on the other hand is a different ballgame. Total quality feel to it, with performance to match. The underneath of my table saw is now a dust-free zone. Something I miss is being able to see how much dust is in the drum, but it’s not exactly hard work to lift the lid and check every so often. Haven’t tried it on the thicknesser yet but I’m feeling confident that it’ll cope. A good purchase.

I’m not a professional decorator but do have a lung condition which is why I bought the dust extractor plus sanders. I’ve found the system easy to set up and use, hardly any dust floating in the air which is amazing.

Well made table saw, however the saw adjustment **** underneath wasn't secured, so its taken some time to check the setup is square.
I make furniture as a hobby and i have been using your flush saw for a 5 years , they have been excellent. yes I always protect the wood however I have never scratched the area where I am cutting

Another excellent purchase from Rutlands . This wall mounted dust extractor is just the job for removing all the chips from my thicknesser. Well pleased with the quality and pricing .

I'm very pleased with these bench dogs. They are longer than many dogs I have which means they resist bending force well in my deep bench top. The springs hold them well. These are a good solution for a bench like mine that has dog holes that are not precisely cut.
Net Ceramic abrasive, the first time i've used them and i've got to say i won't be going back to normal abrasive as the net one's are more efficient and last so much longer. I would highly recomend them
