Diamond Knife & Scissor Sharpener

This diamond knife and scissor sharpener is incredibly easy to use and will put a razor sharp edge back on dull or blunt kitchen knives, outdoor knives and scissors. For knife sharpening you use the three top slots, each of which features a different grade of abrasive. The coarse 360 grit diamond is used to remove nicks and to establish a basic edge, the medium 600 grit diamond removes burr and adds a razor sharp edge and the fine 1000 grit ceramic hones and creates a mirror finish.

You simply pull your knife through the slots from the heel to tip a couple of times in each slot and because the angle is pre-set, you are guaranteed a flawless result. You can sharpen double and single bevel kitchen and outdoor knives made from standard tool steel, Damascus steel, laminated steel and ceramic. It will also sharpen knives with serrated edges such as bread and carving knives. To sharpen scissors you pull the blades through the bottom slot, again from the heel to tip a couple of times and the ceramic 1000 grit abrasive hones and creates a new edge.

The base of the sharpener has two no-mar rubber feet to prevent the knife sharpener from wandering during the sharpening process whilst protecting the work surface from scratching. ©
