Workshop Stool

Have been waiting for the daily price drop to get this. Fantastic stool, perfect working height for the bench I’ve not long build. Very pleased.

I love this stool more and more as time goes by. It's sturdy, lightweight enough to easily move around the shop when cleaning up, and most importantly it's comfortable and supportive to sit on. The leg rests are particularly appreciated as I can bring my knees u a bit higher if using my lap to work on something. The height is bang on, not too high and not too low - I'm 6'2" but I could see this suiting ladies and gents of all statures. A very well made stool.

I have one in my workshop that makes working at the bench much easier. I bought another for use by wife, who has mobility issues, in the kitchen. She really likes it and it helps her so much.

Arrived in a fairly flat box and I wondered how they fitted everything in but, it was all there, nothing missing! Assembly was so easy and all parts fitted so well that I completed the assembly without any tools till it came to the final nipping up of the screws. Even before nipping up, the stool was solid and took my weight with ease! It now sits in my cabin ready for me to rest against while I'm busy on my many varied projects. Not sure how it will survive the welding work but TIG welding doesn't yield many sparks so I'm very optimistic. As for my woodwork and electrical projects, it's already proving it's worth and helping my aged back keep the rest of my decrepit body fully functional!

My old wooden stool that I have had for 10 odd years finally had its last glue and **** and then collapsed gracefully with me on top, so I bit the bullet and bought this one from Rutland. It was ordered and delivered the next day, assembly was simple and it was far more comfortable than the last old wood one. All together a bloody good buy…… it’s by my lathe and I sit when sanding or gluing…. Ideal…….
