Heat Gun - 2000W with Temperature and Air Flow Control

The Rutlands® heat gun with digital display delivers exact heat control, eliminating guesswork to both protect material and provide consistent, repeatable results. The LCD screen displays the current temperature and air flow level, independently adjustable, to suit all types of decorating, DIY and renovation tasks, including stripping paint and varnishes, bending pipes, soldering and heat shrinking.

Two operating modes provide either a locked 50°C output for low heat tasks, such as drying paint and filler, or the full 50°C - 650°C range, adjustable in 10°C increments. The 2000W ceramic heating element ensures rapid heat-up times, superior thermal stability and long-lasting durability. Intelligent constant heat control monitors and regulates the output temperature to ensure stable, consistent heat, whilst the built-in memory function retains the last temperature used for quick start-up. 

Supplied with the heat gun are 4 auxiliary nozzles and a shave hook scraper tool. The glass protection nozzle redirects heat away from delicate areas, for stripping paint from window frames and doors. The reflector nozzle provides uniform heat flow around pipes and other objects, suitable for thawing or soldering. The cone nozzle concentrates heat over a small area, ideal for corners and tight spaces. The wide surface nozzle spreads a wide jet of heat across the work surface, suitable for drying filler or stripping paint in conjunction with the shave hook scraper tool. The heat gun, nozzles and scraper all store neatly in the supplied blow moulded carry case. ©
