Rule & Stop - 300mm

I have a stopped rule which I've never been very happy with it so I gave this one a try. It is much better as the stop is a decent size but not unwieldy so it's easy to quickly square it on the workpiece. Markings are clear and easy to see even with failing short sight. Another bonus is that it has inches on the other side too. Highly recommended for quick marking out.

Wouldn't be without this simple tool now! Bought as I needed a new rule and didn't think I'd use the stop. Now it's the other way round! Makes marking up so simple and easy especialy for repetition.

The rule alone is worth the price paid, it is very accurate! I also would recommend the stop to all fellow woodworkers, no more holding rules on the edge of workpieces hoping for straight lines.

Annoyingly simple tool, but very useful. Yes, you can do without it, but it is a real convenience when you have it. I recommend this.

Nice piece of kit. Excellent price.Not had it long but found it extremely helpful for marking out thin track saw cuts. I add the width of the cut and add about 1.5mm for the kerb of the blade. When making repetitive cuts the ruler will save a lot of time and mark out accurate cuts when marking out from the right hand side of the board.
